In 2008, her dear friend Shannon not only suggested she try a “barre” class, Shannon also recruited her to help open a new barre studio. Born and raised in North County, Kendall was a cheerleader back in the day and is also an avid surfer and snow boarder. Her passion for surfing led her to become a surf instructor for over 3 years in college. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University, she stayed in the action sports industry doing marketing and PR for several surf companies in Southern California. In her off time, she developed a passion for running and competing in half marathons. Alternating between hot yoga and running, she was still looking for “something more” in her workout routine. After 2 years as a frequent client, Kendall auditioned to become a “Barre”tender and joined the Studio Barre team. She loves delivering a killer workout, especially on Friday Nights at our “Bring on the Men” classes!
